Chill mode is just for fun, you can't withdraw winnings but you can take the games for a spin and see how it feels. Thrill mode requires you to purchase Thrill Tokens to play, and any winnings you get can be redeemed for cash.

At the end of every membership period, if you are down money we will automatically send it back to you for you to redeem. If you are up money, then you cannot redeem the Win Win Guarantee as it only applies to money you've lost in gameplay.
